Wire by KOVA ("Wire", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address, name, profile picture (if provided), and any optional profile details you choose to add. If you sign in via Discord, we receive your Discord username and user ID through OAuth.
Payment information. Subscriptions and payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store credit card details on our servers. They are handled directly by the provider (such as Stripe). We receive only subscription metadata such as plan, price, status, renewal and cancellation dates, and any discount or partner code applied at checkout. If your subscription starts with a free trial, we also store a fingerprint the provider gives us for the card, which identifies the card without revealing its number, so that each card can be used for one free trial.
Partner codes. If a partner's code or link is applied to your account, we record which partner referred you so we can apply its offer and pay its referral commission. A partner sees only totals for its program: how many accounts signed up and subscribed through it, and how much those subscriptions paid each month, with its commission. Partners do not see your name, email address, or how you use Wire.
Usage data. We collect data about your activity on the platform, including which alerts you view, your notification and language preferences, and how you interact with features.
Device and technical data. When you use the platform we automatically collect device type, browser, operating system, IP address, and approximate geographic location.
Push subscription data. If you enable push notifications, your browser generates a push subscription token that we store via OneSignal to deliver alerts to your device.
Communications. Messages you send through our in-app support assistant or directly to our team are stored so we can respond and improve the service.
We rely on the following third-party services to operate the platform. Each has its own privacy policy that governs how they handle your data:
We share only the minimum information necessary for these services to perform their function. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
We use cookies and browser local storage for essential functions including maintaining your signed-in session, remembering preferences such as your notification toggle state, and CSRF / session security. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data from our active systems within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 30 days), except where continued retention is required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
At any time you may:
For requests not handled through self-service, contact us using the information in section 14.
We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest where supported by our infrastructure providers. No system is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to or stored on our service.
Wire is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
The platform is operated from the United States. If you access Wire from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
Wire uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to read, classify, and summarize news and market data, and to generate the alerts, signals, confidence scores, and analysis shown on the platform. In the interest of transparency and consistent with U.S. Federal Trade Commission guidance on the use of AI, you acknowledge and agree that:
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration rather than in court, under the following standard ICC arbitration clause:
"All disputes arising out of or in connection with the present contract shall be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with the said Rules."

By accessing and using Wire, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Privacy Policy in its entirety.
